Media & Materials Booking FormUse the Media & Materials Booking form to request that a DVD be set aside for your use. It ensures that material you would like to use in class will be available at the desired time. Please allow at least 3 weeks for your request to be processed, if possible, as the video may be checked out.
Note: Most UWW classrooms do NOT have a VHS player.
