Teaching Resources for World Languages

EDSITEment lesson plans: Foreign Language - Select a subject area (French, Russian, Spanish, Latin, etc.) and a grade level. Each lesson plan includes goals, objectives, a bibliography and includes a link on how the lesson aligns to professional standards (i.e., NCTE, NCSS, etc.). Hosted on the National Endowment for the Humanities website.

LOTE Center for Educator Development (now maintained by Southwest Educational Development Laboratory) has a useful Learning Scenarios webpage with lesson plan ideas for different languages and skill levels.

Center for the Advanced Research on Language Acquisition (CARLA) - This is one of the U.S. Department of Education's Title VI National Language Resource Centers. Find lesson plans created by teachers.
