Borrowable Technology for STEM Education

This guide features technology available at Andersen Library. While these resources support STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education, all Andersen Library patrons are encouraged to explore, try out, experiment, create and learn.

Puzzlets

What is it?: Wanna go hands on with programming in a game? Puzzlets lets you control a character with programming tiles on a board to help them get to the end of the stage in a free mobile and computer game called, Cork the Volcano. Try to combine certain commands and help your little guy reach the end.

  • Requires app on smart device or computer to play.
  • Comes along with tiles and board.

Where Can I Find it?: Locate them. in the Teaching Tools collection on the second floor of Andersen Library.
