Selecting Literature, Writing, & Film Materials

This guide is intended to assist faculty and instructional staff in the Literature, Writing, & Film department who are looking for materials to order for the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater libraries. It is not an all-inclusive guide, instead it is intended to be used as a starting point. The Library's Collection Development Policy is available online. For departmental procedures and policies, contact a member of the L&L collection development team.

Current LWF procedure: When LWF faculty and instructors find a relevant title they would like to order, email the citation, including ISBN and price, to Elena Levy-Navarro (as of January 2025). ISBNs can be found on book records on publisher websites and online book stores.
