Building, Maintenance

The Andersen Hall Building Manager is Paul Waelchli. Report building or maintenance issues to Paul. Jennifer Motszko is the back up building manager.

Call Facilities and Planning Management (FPM) at x1320 if there is an after hours immediate need for assistance for issues like water leaks or building system alarms. If you call FPM, it is recommended that you have identified the room number where the problem is occurring. To be sure to also notify Paul of the issue and that FPM was called.

If the alarm panel in the lobby is ringing, there are instructions taped to the wall near the panel on what action to take.
