Visit the company's website and look for an Investor Relations page. You might find annual reports and news items that will be helpful as you research.
Directions: Click on Menu in the top left corner, then Company Dossier in order to search for your company name. (Beware of similar-sounding company names, though!) A Public company will be obligated to release much more information than a Private company.
The Financial, Legal, In the News, and Executives sections can all be helpful if it is a Public company.
