Journal Impact Metrics

There are various methods for calculating the significance of a journal. Search the publisher of the journal for which you wish to know impact metrics, as they may offer this information. Other sources of metrics information are located below.

Impact factors for newer journals may not be available, as they need to be in existence long enough for impact to be calculated.

Locate Impact Factors of Sage Journals

Only journals published by Sage will be located here. 

1. Click here for: Sage Journals. This is also available via the Library Databases A-Z listing.

2. Browse the Journal List by title or discipline to identify a journal of interest.

3. Click the journal title to view publication information.

Impact factors and rankings are those calculated by Journal Citation Reports® (Thomson Reuters). Note that rankings are provided for each discipline in which the journal is categorized:
