  • American Variety Stage (American Memory, Library of Congress) - A multimedia anthology of vaudeville, including playscripts, playbills, programs, motion pictures, sound recordings, photographs and memorabilia
  • Didaskalia: Ancient Theatre Today - An electronic resource and journal dedicated to the study of ancient Greek and Roman drama in performance.
  • Heilbrunn Timeline of Art History (Metropolitan Museum of Art) - This site combines essays, works of art from the Museum's collections, and chronology to create a timeline of the art and culture around the world.
  • Internet Broadway Database - Find loads of information on Broadway shows and people; search Broadway shows by title, people, organizations, theater or season.  
  • The Costume Institute (Metropolitan Museum of Art) - Search by keyword to find images from the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute; the database includes images, titles of costumes, and dates.  
  • Wisconsin Center for Film & Theater Research (Wisconsin Historical Society) - Extensive collection of film, theatre and television material, including 300 manuscript collections, 15,000 motion pictures and television shows, 2,000,000 still photographs, and several thousand sound recordings.
