1. Quick Announcement access: Select Link in left sidebar of Circ Guide (you can be on the public side or the admin side of the guide)
    • Image of box on left side of guide that contains a link to directly Add an Announcement
  2. Create Announcement
    1. Note adding images to Springshare products has extra steps. Let me know if you need assistance.
    2. Add a Title  but do NOT use subjects on these announcements
    3. RECOMMENDED: Use the Teaser (optional) section to have a short blurb appear in the body of the email. Use html tags if you need to create a link in the Teaser section.
  3. Publish the announcement
