Reserves are items that your instructor has placed on course reserve for the semester, and include items such as books, textbooks, manuals, DVDs, and CDs.
Unlike other reserve items, music education reserve items are shelved in the Children's Collections area on the 2nd floor of the library. PreK-12 music textbooks are shelved in the Textbook Collection but have a "Reserve" label on the cover. Other reserve items are shelved on a special Reserve area in the Curriculum Collections area.
Items can be checked out with your student ID. As determined by instructors, the loan period for these special reserve items is 1 day. These shortened loan period are to ensure that all students in the course will have access to the material.
Scanners are provided in the library to allow students to make printed copies or to scan pages for assignments.
Use the dropdown menu on the library homepage and select Course Reserves. Search Course Reserves by instructor last name, department, or course - or simply click here for the list of Elementary School Music Methods course reserves.
