The Congressional Research Service supports members and committees of the U.S. Congress by providing objective and high-quality research and analysis on current and proposed policies. These reports are available to the public online via Congress.gov, and also available to UWW students & staff through the library subscription database ProQuest Congressional (click "Search CRS reports" or use the main search box and then limit to Document Type CRS Reports on the left of the search results).
