The Andersen Library has a limited number of print magazines, the ones we have the most issues of are listed below. These magazines are located on the first floor. Print issues are in the tall Bound Periodicals shelving units/stacks. Most look like single color books until you open them. Microfilm and Microfiche are in cabinets. All the magazines in each location are arranged alphabetically by the magazine title and are intermixed with the journals.
Magazines cannot be checked out. You can, however, take photos or scan some pages from the magazines.
Library staff will re-shelve your magazines after you are done using them. Please place the ones you are done with on one of the black carts scattered around the first floor.
The Andersen Library has a large number of online magazines. These are a small selection. They were selected because most provide PDFs that show each article in the context of the page, including other articles, advertisements, etc. For the most part, magazine covers and entire pages of advertisements were not scanned and are not included.
To access these magazines, click on their titles below and log in with your Net-ID and password. You will then need to use multifactor authentication to gain access.
How to browse online magazines varies between databases. Most often you will first select a year from the date menu, then an issue. The issue's contents usually appear in page number order.
