Springshare has updated the blog platform on both the front and back ends. Reading the Announcements remains similar from the public side of the Circ Guide. If you are logged into LibGuides, you won't be able to see the blog content from the guide editor.
You can still use the Add Announcement link in the box on the left side of the Circ Guide to create a new announcement. This links to the old backend interface to create a post.
When you create a new post:
Put something in the Teaser (called Excerpt in the new style) section so that emails sent out to subscribers have some content in them. If all you are posting is a line or two, please copy the whole post into the Teaser/Excerpt.
Please do NOT use the Subjects (these are subjects we use for Guides and Databases) but please DO use Tags.
