Need Help?

Visit the Reference Desk or Circulation Desk to request assistance with library equipment and software. If we are unable to assist you, we will do our best to direct you to someone who can. 

Video editing requires additional time. Please plan accordingly. Note closing times for individual floors and the Library before starting your editing.

Student Technology Assistants are available to assist students Monday-Friday evenings. Hours vary, so you may wish to call ahead: 262-472-5511.

The Wisconsin Instructional Technology Resource Center is available to support UW-W COEPS students with instructional technology. Please visit the WITRC website or stop in the Winther Hall lab, room 1006, for additional information.

How Can the Library Help You... with edTPA Requirements?

The first stop in your edTPA adventure should be the COEPS edTPA Teacher Candidate portal.

Andersen Library provides a range of resources that teaching licensure candidates will find useful as they prepare portfolios and edTPA requirements. PC and Mac desktop and laptop computers contain video editing and other software which support the integration of technology into teaching. The Library houses a variety of spaces that candidates may wish to use as they practice and record presentations, including equipped collaboratories, study rooms, and the Children's Area. For a complete listing of available equipment and loan information, please see the Equipment tab above.Additionally, the Library has an array of equipment available for patrons with a UWW ID. For check out, patrons must have an loan agreement on file and may not have excessive fines on their library acount. All equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be renewed or reserved.
